Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.


Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. We reserve the right to have a client prepay 50% of your multiple services to reserve the appointment time.

*The fees must be paid before we will be able to reschedule your appointment.

Saturday appointments are our highest demanded day; therefore, appointments scheduled for Saturdays, must pay a 25% deposit of the services scheduled within 10 days of the appointment to co

Our Policy Protects Our Stylists

The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Nicole Allen Salon policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria.

Did you know that in our industry, most Stylists earn their income by commission? This means they do not make a salary; they do not get paid hourly. They earn their living by taking care of the guests in their chair. If a guest doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels with little notice, this doesn’t leave an opportunity for the Stylist to book another appointment.


Cancellations are accepted by a in person call.  

Salon Etiquette

It is recommended that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow for adequate time for appointment check-in and getting settled before your salon experience. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in the need to reschedule your appointment. All efforts will be made to assist with having services performed the same day. In some cases in order to accommodate same day rescheduling you may need to book with a different stylist. Whenever possible please call the salon to let us know you are running late. We want to provide you with the best experience possible and that included the client with the appointment right after yours.

If experiencing services in the same day as a friend or a family member please be respectful to their experience as well as the experience of other guest. When waiting for others to have services completed we request that you wait in the reception area.

Product Sale Returns

We are sorry, but we are unable to exchange or return products even if not used. Electrical tools may be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days of purchase.

Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Nicole Allen Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 48 hours. We will be happy to schedule a corrective service within two weeks of your original appointment date. There are no money refunds for any service provided. Hair color and texture services are not guaranteed if the recommended at home care products are not used.
